She was quick to explain the buying process in my new town, homes available, and even recommended a wonderful loan officer out of Bozeman who was able to get my pre-approval letter the same day I requested it. She quickly exceeded my expectations and treated me as a priority and friend which made the stressful process as effortless as it could be. She offered support, guidance and knowledge in the offer submission, inspection, appraisal process and kept me informed daily to ensure I had a safe home to move into as soon as possible.

I typically do not write reviews for products or services, but the outstanding service I received from Hometown Real Estate and my Realtor Melynda Hould specifically calls for an exception.  Over the last 5 years, Melynda helped me purchase and then sell a home in Miles City.  Buying or selling a home can be a stressful process with ups and downs throughout the process.  Melynda was patient and calm, consistently communicating and guiding me through these transactions.  She was always a phone call or text away.  I cannot praise her customer service enough.  She is not only my realtor, but she also became a friend.

Over the years I’ve done business with several Real Estate Companies in the Miles City area, but this past year Hometown Real Estate has sold three properties for my partner and myself.
